XLOV is a South Korean genderless group under 257 Entertainment. They debuted on January 7, 2025, with the single album I’mma Be.

The group is unique because they are the first ones who brought “genderless” as the concept to the industry, focusing on them being fluid musically and visually.

The four-member group consists of one Korean member, one Japanese member, one Chinese member, and one Taiwanese member, namely Hyun, Haru, Wumuti, and Rui.

Biography and Fame

In early 2025, the CEO of 257 Entertainment, Park Jaeyong, stated the formation of XLOV was with the intention to distinguish the group from the crowded K-Pop market. That was the sole reason for the androgynous concept.

XLOV debuted on January 7, 2025, to express beauty without boundaries. They challenge conventional gender stereotypes both in performance and fashion by utilizing androgynous styles such as, skirts, tutus, and cropped tops.

The three members, Wumuti, Rui, and Haru, were contestants for the popular K-Pop survival show, Boys Planet. Hyun, the only Korean member, joined to complete the lineup. As the main vocalist, Hyun perfected the group.

After debuting with I’mma Be, they released more tracks. One of the most popular ones is 1&Only (2025) from the second single album I ONE. The beat is energetic, and the hooks are catchy, making it a fan favorite.

Their other song, BIZNESS (2025), is also liked by many, because the song was self produced by the members. Not only is the song production considered high quality, but the choreography was also created by them.
